The institution has its own fleet of vehicles( Buses, Van, cars) for the transport of students & Staff. RTC ply plenty number of buses via institution.
The Transport Department of SVITS is enriched with 10 buses, one van and 3 cars to transport staff and students. The institute initially started with two buses. A team of 17 well experienced drivers drive them to their destinations. They are assisted by 4 cleaners in maintaining the vehicles neat and tidy.

One day National Level Technical Contest (SVITS QUEST) is conducted on 24th February 2019 to bring up the talent of engineering students. This event is being jointly organized by all the departments of the institution.
